1. What books does Henklers offer?

Henklers is an online bookstore offering new and used books. You can find the available books and their respective product information in our online shop.

2. Where does Henklers ship to?

We currently ship exclusively within Germany.

3. What are the shipping costs?

Standard shipping within Germany is free. Any potential costs will be displayed transparently before the order is completed.

4. How long does delivery take?

The estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days. This consists of a processing time of 3–5 business days and a transport time of 2–3 business days.

The actual delivery time may vary depending on the shipping provider and other circumstances.

5. When will my order be processed?

Orders are generally processed from Monday to Friday. Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM. Processing usually takes 3–5 business days.

6. Can I return my order?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of goods, subject to our return policy and applicable legal requirements.

7. Can I exchange a book?

Yes. We accept exchange requests. Please contact our customer service team before returning the item. An exchange depends on the availability of the desired book.

8. How will I receive my refund?

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will inform you about the status of your return. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days. The actual credit may take additional time depending on your payment provider.

9. What do I do if my book arrives damaged?

If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via email. Describe the issue and, if possible, attach photos of the item and the packaging. We will review your case and inform you of the next steps.
